By booking an appointment, receiving a consultation, or undergoing any procedure at Dr. Swati’s Aesthetic Clinic – Skininfinity , you agree to these Terms of Service.

II. Clinic Services and Protocols

* Service Scope: Skininfinity provides advanced aesthetic and clinical services, including injectables, laser treatments, and holistic wellness protocols.[3] All procedures are performed in a professional medical environment, often Nurse-led, using certified products.[4]

* IAMAC Protocol Standard: All treatments and protocols utilized by Skininfinity are rooted in the advanced research of the IAMAC Institute, ensuring compliance with globally recognized, pioneering methodologies created by Dr. Swati Divyal Pai.[3]

* Holistic Integration: Our services may include recommendations regarding Clinical Diet and Nutrition and non-invasive methods like Facial Yoga as part of a comprehensive wellness plan.[5, 3]

III. Location-Specific Service Limitations

Due to differences in equipment and licensing, service offerings vary by location.[3]

* Panjim Location: Limited to Consultation, Injectables (Fillers, Botox), and PRP only. Heavy machine-based procedures (e.g., Lasers) are strictly not conducted here at present.[2]

* Margao Location: Dedicated to Procedures and Appointments, fully equipped for all major machine-based procedures (Lasers, HIFU, etc.).[2]

* Canacona Location: Offers the widest range of Full Fledged Services and All Protocols (Flagship Center).[2]

* Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for booking the service at the correct location as outlined on the website.

IV. Appointment and Financial Policy

* Booking: All treatments begin with a thorough, one-on-one consultation, which must be booked and confirmed in advance.[2]

* Cancellation Policy:We follow a strict n o cancellation policy upon booking. Once a booking has been confirmed by payment, a dedicated time slot , is kept vacant for the day. Your no-show does not compensate for the work hour loss. We consider your presence as a valued interaction and to avoid no-shows or careless cancellations, we adhere to no no-cancellations zero-refunds policy.[1])

V. Disclaimer of Medical Guarantee and Liability

* Results: Aesthetic outcomes are based on individual patient response, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. Skininfinity does not guarantee specific results from any treatment.

* Consultation Required: No procedure is provided without a preliminary consultation to assess suitability and clinical risk.

* Liability: Skininfinity and its medical staff shall not be liable for any results, complications, or post-care issues arising from non-adherence to pre- or post-treatment instructions.

VI. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Goa-India.
